Keeping My Mental Focus Daily

One of the hardest things to do on my journey is to stay mentally focused. I’ll admit, I’ve fallen off track for long periods of time. Then I’ve had to refocus and get back to what is important. Life changes constantly and we tend to get in our own way of accomplishing our goals.

 

That’s been my struggle the past year and I’m realizing it's time for me to get back on track. Mental focus takes a lot of drive, dedication and discipline. Discipline is the biggest one and no matter what is going on in our daily lives, if we don’t have this, we are bound to lose focus. 

 

Sometimes we tend to be distracted by so many outside forces (social media, sports, TV shows for me) and I know that I have to cut out certain things so I can achieve greatness. I write these blogs because sometimes people think it’s so easy for me to continually write books, record podcasts, record audiobooks and so many more things. I go through my struggles with staying focused too so you’re not alone. 

 

At the end of the day, we all fall off for a bit, it's whether we get back on track and do what we need to, to achieve greatness. How bad do you want it? I want it bad enough to live comfortably for life.
