'I Didn't Die' was a book that was in the works for a long time. The reality of today's world is men suffer with mental health issues in so many facets. Men commit suicide at an alarming rate and the statistics show that year after year. 

 

The goal of this book is to really shine light on some of the realities men face in today's society and it's saddening. The book cover for me had to stand out from what it says on the top about men's mental health to the image of the man trying to figure life out.

 

This book is a starting point in conversation about men's mental health as stories need to be told to shine light on the realities of the world.
