Jamell Crouthers is a poet, prose author, podcaster and blogger, who has taken on a journey of writing in the prime of his life. He has been writing since the age of 13, but never thought he could utilize his talent to tell stories and write books.
After publishing a plethora of books, his continued goals and plans are to continue writing books on taboo subjects that aren't discussed on today's world and bringing those main subjects to the forefront. Jamell's blogs tackle societal issues, how he writes his books, his journey as an author, and some motivational blogs that will get you to focus on your goals.
All of Jamell's books are written in a prose format, it's different than the traditional book that you would read. It's an honor and challenge for Jamell to be able to be the voice of today's world in tackling the toughest issues that we don't talk about.
In his spare time, Jamell Crouthers is always engulfed in music, as he always has his favorite headphones on getting inspired by music. Jamell also likes to travel when he can, playing basketball, running, swimming, bowling, playing pool, reading books about social issues in the world, working on various projects and watching and observing the world. When I started my writing journey in February of 2016, I never knew how far it would take me. I knew I had a drive and motivation to inspire people everyday. I also wanted to shine light on all of the societal and world issues going on around us and bringing awareness through my writing. The world always inspired me and that's how nearly all of my book ideas come to fruition. I always try to challenge myself to see how far I can go with a book or how can I write things from various perspectives that has never been done. As I continue to hone my craft, I know that with all of the writing that I do, comes a responsibility to the world. So thank you to everyone in the world who inspire me daily, I am thankful and blessed to be your voice.
